In Europe, according to the former Czech President, there is no strong leader. This may be the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban, but he, like a representative of a small country, according to Zeman, has no chance to lead positions in the community.

Talking about the increase in defense costs up to 3% of GDP, the former president noted that 2% is sufficient for these purposes, under their effective implementation.
